Transparent pricing for all our face fit testing and training services. All prices exclude VAT.
Face Fit Testing
Qualitative or Quantitative — all prices exclude VAT.
We cannot test KN or N masks or any masks with ear loops due to the number of fraudulent copies.
Training
On-site training courses — all prices exclude VAT and travel costs.
Qualitative Training
Train The Tester. Up to 6 candidates on-site, approx 4–5 hours.
Quantitative Training
Train The Tester. Recommended 2-day course. Up to 6 candidates on-site.
Pre Fit2Fit
Practical Assessment, charged per person.
RPE Training
Approx 3–4 hours, up to 8 candidates on-site.
RPE Maintenance
Competent Person Training. Approx 3–4 hours, up to 8 candidates on-site.
Open Courses
At WeFitRPE premises in Basildon. Lunch and refreshments included.
Qualitative Open Course
At WeFitRPE premises, lunch & refreshments included.
Quantitative Open Course
At WeFitRPE premises, lunch & refreshments included.
RPE & Maintenance Combined
At WeFitRPE premises, lunch & refreshments included.
Travel & Parking
Travel is calculated by hours of travel, not traffic time. Certain areas have a fixed charge — London has a fixed £75 due to congestion and charges. If no parking is supplied, this may be added to your invoice.
Default Charges
It is the customer's responsibility that employees meet the criteria. If any test is terminated due to this, you will be charged. Cancellation must be done 24 hours before the booking date, or a charge of 25% of the total fee will be incurred.
Payment Terms
All prices exclude VAT. All payments to be made in advance, on the day, or within 5 days. Bookings to be confirmed by booking form a minimum of 48 hours in advance, unless previously arranged.
Additional Terms
Additional charges may be incurred depending on location, urgency, out-of-hours work, or late cancellation. Customers may need to provide masks or adapters for tests. For FFPs, every test requires a new mask for each candidate. We expect our staff to work in a safe environment. We reserve the right to end any service due to unsafe conditions or abuse. The booking form constitutes agreement to all terms.
